Virtual Therapy for Queer & Trans Adults in Pennsylvania

I'm Linden, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing online therapy for LGBTQIA+ adults across Pennsylvania. I specialize in gender affirming therapy for transgender, nonbinary, and gender expansive people.

I help my clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and more. As a queer and trans therapist, I draw on my professional and lived experience so you can spend less time explaining and more time exploring who you are.

How I Can Help

These are some of the challenges I help clients navigate, from social anxiety and depression to gender identity exploration and coming out.

  • Depression can leave you feeling numb, stuck, or disconnected from yourself and your life. Relief is possible. I use evidence-based techniques to work toward reducing your symptoms and help you reconnect with what’s most important to you. Learn more about my approach to therapy.

  • Anxiety often shows up as constant worry, fear of judgement, looping thoughts, or constantly feeling on edge. I can help you change your relationship to anxiety so it has less control over your day-to-day life. Learn more about my approach to therapy.

  • Many queer and trans people carry long-standing self-doubt or shame that affects relationships and decision-making. Therapy can help you build a more stable sense of self-worth and learn to trust yourself. Learn more about my approach to therapy.

  • You may know something needs to change without knowing what should come next. Therapy with me can help you clarify your values and use them as a guide for meaningful change. Learn more about my approach to therapy.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative and values-based. I blend talk therapy with practical tools to help you manage difficult emotions while working toward your long-term goals. Therapy should consider your whole life and identity, including how social and environmental factors shape your experience. I start with a baseline understanding of your lived experience so you can spend less time explaining yourself and more time exploring.
